Each of these steps is filled with hundreds of tasks. These tasks are defined, managed and reported using our Drive project tracking system. This shared resource is always available to our clients through a secure online interface. Project progression, resource levels, milestones, status reporting, and budget analysis are all available. Drive’s online interface also includes a shared workspace allowing our clients interface with designers and engineers. The Drive shared workspace allows clients to see CAD models, sketches, components and other work in process. This interactive process keeps our client involved and integral to the process at every step. Moreover, it vastly improves the efficiency of the development team.
By building vehicles rapidly, users, executives, investors, and marketers can see the product while it is being developed. Ergonomic, system, mechanical and other issues are more visible in the prototype than on a computer screen and the end product turns out better.
This process is faster and far less expensive than conventional methods employed by the large automakers. Our prototypes are working vehicles that are visually stunning and functionally exciting and are often used to enable early promotion and satisfy investment funding milestones.
